I have been sentenced to three years penal servitude for receiving stolen Opium - I am 41 years of age - married and have one daughter 18 years of age. She is married. I own a vegetable garden at Youmatee - I have lived there for about 30 years.
My clansman Wong Shin-tak who is a petty officer at the Customs station at Tap Tong Mun was accustomed to visit me and bring his two sons who are with him in the Customs Boat.
On the 25th November last Wong's sons and five other men came to the shed next to mine at about 2½ P.M. Wong's sons said that they had information
